Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
  • Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into actionable store-embedded client plans aligned with retail business objectives.
  • Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams to ensure synergy and collaboration.
  • Analyze client initiatives' performance and impact on client development and sales, maximizing engagement KPIs.
  • Develop and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget in collaboration with corporate client events team.
  • Cultivate top clients and manage exceptional local and international brand experiences.
  • Create and implement tourist development programs to engage key local and international tourist groups during peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
  • Proven ability in client management and exceptional relationship management skills in B2B and B2C environments.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Exceptional appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools, such as Microstrategy, Siebel, Acxiom. Strategic, analytical, and relationship-building competencies with good knowledge of retail math.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a management role within Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting, with a focus on client management and relationship building.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
