Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into actionable store-embedded client plans aligned with retail business objectives.
- Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams to ensure synergy and collaboration.
- Analyze client initiatives' performance and impact on client development and sales, maximizing engagement KPIs.
- Develop and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget in collaboration with corporate client events team.
- Cultivate top clients and manage exceptional local and international brand experiences.
- Create and implement tourist development programs to engage key local and international tourist groups during peak shopping periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and exceptional relationship management skills in B2B and B2C environments.

A minimum of 5 years in a management role within Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting, with a focus on client management and relationship building.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
