Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Client Engagement to define and build client-related KPIs and sales targeting at regional, market, and store levels.
  • Develop a rolling regional contact strategy to support ongoing clienteling and outreach initiatives aligned with the commercial calendar.
  • Design and develop reports to better understand client behavior and improve targeting, monitoring the impact of client-based initiatives.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis of client data using MicroStrategy and other BI tools on a recurring basis and for ad-hoc requests.
  • Support Retail and Digital teams with targeting guidance to identify high-potential clients for enhanced performance.
  • Transform data into actionable client-centric business intelligence using query and reporting tools.
  • Develop monitoring best practices to provide quantitative and qualitative insights into omni-channel client behavior.
  • Ensure data quality and perform data cleansing updates, including client merges and reassignments.
  • Manage the CRM portal and support cross-functional departments with targeted lists and analyses.
  • Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Marketing, or Economics; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, customer analytics, retail, eCommerce, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience with project management, change management, and business process redesign principles is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of catalog and direct marketing environments, with experience in email and mobile campaign management.

Skills

Expertise with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and Cognos. Proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries in both online and offline environments. High level of expertise with CRM systems like Oracle, Siebel, and Acxiom. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, and Omniture. Strong technical, analytical, and statistical competencies, with a solid understanding of retail math and Excel. Proven analytical skills and statistical and modeling competencies.

Experience

A minimum of five years in market research, customer analytics, retail, eCommerce, or integrated marketing is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Marketing, or Economics; Master's or MBA preferred.
