Gucci Korea is hiring a Senior Event Specialist in Seoul for a 10-month maternity leave replacement. The role involves planning and executing brand events, reporting to the Vice President of Communications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for product and campaign launch events, offsite collection previews, special art and culture collaborations, and celebrity photocall events both in-store and offsite.
  • Conduct agency bidding processes in collaboration with the procurement team, including contract management and negotiation.
  • Prepare and present event proposals to Gucci Headquarters, detailing production and operational plans, and ensure internal alignment.
  • Manage and develop the annual budget, including monthly expense reviews and handling estimates and costs for communication and brand image events.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury and retail industry.

Skills

Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude. Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and budgets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience

Candidates must have over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the luxury and retail sectors.
