Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the line manager to establish and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and platform strategies.
  • Oversee store sales planning and operations, coordinating with performance media, digital product, UI/UX, digital merchandising, digital content management, logistics, CRM, and client services to meet sales targets, KPIs, and enhance client experience.
  • Manage the daily operations of the third-party operation team to ensure exceptional guest experience, adherence to standard operating procedures, and efficient task completion.
  • Work closely with digital merchandising and content teams to optimize product assortment, digital assets, and stock management based on platform performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with communication and performance media teams to target the appropriate audience and drive qualified traffic to the store, optimizing store traffic and revenue.
  • Oversee consumer journey in collaboration with CRM, Analytics, and Client Services teams, ensuring excellent client experience throughout the journey with both front-end and back-end operations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities from multiple perspectives.
  • Manage third-party operations to ensure quality delivery with clear SOPs and KPIs, fostering outstanding teamwork across functions.
  • Monitor and analyze luxury market trends, competitor status, and industry intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as global counterparts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing direct-to-consumer operations within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising and content management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on direct-to-consumer operations and digital strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
