Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Gucci brand to clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch service throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Advise clients on product features, fit and styling while presenting collections according to brand visual and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven follow-up to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective opportunity conversion.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, stock management, point-of-sale transactions and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and special selling initiatives; may specialise in categories such as jewellery or watches where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environment, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with polished presentation and strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and commitment to brand standards and client confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and retail KPIs; experience with jewellery or watches is advantageous for specialised profiles.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
