Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch service throughout the entire customer journey.
- Advise clients on product features, fit and styling while presenting collections according to brand visual and service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven follow-up to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective opportunity conversion.
- Support store operations including merchandising, stock management, point-of-sale transactions and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and special selling initiatives; may specialise in categories such as jewellery or watches where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environment, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with polished presentation and strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and commitment to brand standards and client confidentiality.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and retail KPIs; experience with jewellery or watches is advantageous for specialised profiles.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of frontline experience in luxury retail or an upscale boutique setting, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
