Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive product knowledge and exceeding client expectations.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging customers in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
