Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive product knowledge and exceeding client expectations.
  • Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and enhance sales.
  • Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to clients.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring their comfort.
  • Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
  • Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's guidelines and maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies and procedures.
