Role & Responsibilities

- Guide clients through the buying journey, providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection to clients using brand standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on client advisory roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
