Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's heritage and values.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and address client issues as the first point of contact.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Skills

Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Passion for the fashion industry and awareness of industry trends. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
