Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and conduct training in collaboration with store management.
  • Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador within the community.
  • Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
  • Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual display standards in alignment with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for resolving complex client issues.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
