Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure top performance and customer-centric service.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional client service and promoting Gucci values.
  • Attract new clients through community networking and represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.
  • Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing staff coverage.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving complex client issues.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
