Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by exceeding customer expectations and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Attract new clients through community networking and brand promotion.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures and floor coverage.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving complex client issues.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
