Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer-centric results.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a role model and brand ambassador, promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
  • Manage store operations including opening/closing duties and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Address and resolve complex client issues as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Passion for the fashion industry. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
