Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure store security standards are met to safeguard customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to maintaining Gucci's visual display standards.
  • Keep stockroom and understock areas neat and organized.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
