Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact by offering best-in-class service.
- Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to foster strong and lasting relationships, driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
- Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.
