Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact by offering best-in-class service.
  • Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to foster strong and lasting relationships, driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
  • Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain a client book.
  • Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.

Skills

High flexibility and strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers. Team-player mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
