Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and receive exceptional service from initial contact.
  • Deliver a personalized and client-focused experience to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Monitor KPIs and maximize sales opportunities both in-store and remotely to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Facilitate open communication within the team, promoting collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain a client book.
  • Passion for fashion and comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.

Skills

High flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer needs. Strong communication skills. Team-player mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and preferably a second language.

Experience

Experience in a supervisory or senior role within luxury fashion is required.
