Role & Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and receive best-in-class service from the initial point of contact.
• Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
• Promote open and constructive communication within the team, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Passion for fashion with a comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion products and trends.
• High degree of flexibility and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within luxury fashion is required.
