Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product goals.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
  • Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to attract new clients.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments is preferred.
