Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to ensure optimal performance and customer-centric service.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to meet their shopping needs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address client issues as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and produce measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
