Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
  • Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
  • Act as a role model by delivering an exceptional client service experience and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
  • Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Manage floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
  • Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address client issues as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Education
