Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with clients to establish and nurture strong relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized client experience both in-store and remotely.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring key performance indicators and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge and storytelling to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general administration.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, ensuring alignment with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors, facilitating a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and act as a role model.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury. Flexibility and adaptability to different clients and complex situations. Strong commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.

Experience
