Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer-centric sales.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and act as a role model for the brand.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
  • Attract new clients through community networking as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Manage floor operations, including opening/closing and coverage organization.
  • Maintain visual standards of product displays in alignment with Gucci guidelines.
  • Handle challenging client issues as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
