Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and receive exceptional service from the initial point of contact.
- Deliver a personalized and client-centric experience to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators and maximizing sales opportunities both in-store and remotely.
- Promote open and constructive communication within the team, collaborating effectively and proposing solutions.
- Support the onboarding process for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Passion for fashion and comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.
- High level of flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
