Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci and group visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
  • Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and item reception.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock.
  • Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities. Proficient in CRM and sales techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
