Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage and convince clients through storytelling.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Process transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Gucci's brand and products.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management. Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
