Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
  • Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock level on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service excellence.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
