Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service by executing the Gucci selling ceremony from reception to transaction and ensuring both store and personal sales targets are met.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate Gucci’s heritage to enrich the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Conduct clienteling activities and use CRM to identify client needs, propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and grow sales.
  • Engage customers on fashion and luxury trends, adapt communication to varied client styles, and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Maintain qualitative client data in the company CRM to support retention and prospecting efforts.
  • Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines to maintain compelling product displays.
  • Ensure proper stock levels and organise floor and back-of-house inventory in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.

Experience
