Role & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with business owners and the Training team to assess and prioritize training needs.
- Communicate training impact and Return on Training Investment (ROTI) to business stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly reviews with business owners to ensure alignment with priorities and needs.
- Oversee a team of store trainers, creating development plans and monitoring performance.
- Act as a 'Training Expert' and partner for business owners, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with Retail Leaders, Global Retail Academy, and Store Trainers for effective training deployment.
- Facilitate learning and coaching sessions in various settings, including in-store and classroom environments.
- Manage budget and measure ROTI for the assigned area, monitoring training KPIs.
- Analyze business KPIs to identify learning solutions that impact sales.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for Business Training projects.
- Lead change management for Business Training processes and retail evolution.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure training content meets expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in the Retail Industry, ideally with retail shop floor experience.
- Experience in training departments or roles focused on training and development.
- Proficiency in project management and working with business stakeholders.
- Strong orientation towards retail business and knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Proven experience in presentation and people development, with digital learning expertise.
- International experience and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are appreciated.
