Gucci Client Advisor — Seoul: represent Gucci, deliver personalised luxury service and drive sales at the Seoul boutique.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in boutique, guiding them through the purchasing journey with expert product and styling advice.
  • Present and merchandise the collection in accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual directives.
  • Deliver personalised clienteling, maintain CRM records and follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Represent brand values at all times, ensuring an elegant and consistent client experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Support store operations as required, including stock management, cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury client service and retail selling; affinity for fashion and contemporary trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Language skills and formal retail qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
