Role & Responsibilities
- Embed Gucci’s client experience and luxury service standards into daily store execution across markets.
- Translate global and regional client experience expectations into measurable behaviors.
- Collaborate with Commercial Leaders, Retail Training, Retail Operations, and Client Engagement to operationalize standards.
- Oversee regional Mystery Shopping and NPS programs to assess luxury retail execution.
- Synthesize client feedback and data to identify gaps and priorities at market and store levels.
- Create action plans leveraging VOC insights to improve client experience and store execution.
- Manage regional governance for retail tools, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Drive adoption and consistent usage of retail tools across markets.
- Activate regional recognition programs and commercial contests aligned to strategic priorities.
- Analyze program effectiveness to identify winning behaviors and measure commercial impact.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in luxury retail, with experience in store management and client experience execution.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and sales floor dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proven track record in cross-functional project management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive organizational change.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
