Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests, including external visitors and suppliers.
- Manage and sort incoming calls efficiently.
- Provide general logistical information, such as phone directory assistance and office location guidance.
- Prepare meeting rooms and manage logistics for meetings.
- Book taxis and provide other courtesy services upon staff request.
- Manage car-sharing requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
- Previous experience in a similar role and context is preferred.
