Role & Responsibilities
- Lead tactical and strategic production planning and capacity sizing across the entire leather goods production chain to ensure efficient, sustainable process performance.
- Define finished‑product production plans for all Leather Goods categories and lines, balancing projected demand with production volumes and aligning plans with merchandising.
- Coordinate and monitor internal departments and external suppliers to secure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards and target quantities.
- Partner with Procurement to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and components in line with production requirements.
- Analyse production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities, and implement improvements to raise efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years' experience in production planning and control within the leather goods/fashion industry.
- Deep knowledge of the leather goods supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of the drivers impacting company financial statements.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management, coaching and development.
- Demonstrable project management skills with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Experience
A minimum of 8–10 years in production planning and control within the leather goods or luxury fashion sector, including demonstrated experience managing teams and collaborating with external suppliers in a global environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
