Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire after-sales and product care process within the boutique.
  • Act as a liaison between stores, local suppliers, and the customer service center in Italy.
  • Handle daily customer complaints and track inquiries using a ticketing system.
  • Investigate customer issues and collaborate with local service providers to resolve them.
  • Work closely with the customer service center in Italy to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a presence on the sales floor to directly address customer quality inquiries.
  • Engage with customers on-site to facilitate simple solutions for complaints.
  • Monitor ticket processing times to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses.
  • Train team members on after-sales procedures.
  • Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed.

  • Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
