Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement areas and criticalities through proactive analysis of current processes and respond to specific requests from Product Care offices and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Define detailed solutions to implement process and system improvements, ranging from simple to complex solutions, to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of process and system improvements by setting priorities and deadlines within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT, production business units, and global and regional Product Care offices, for solution definition and implementation.
  • Deliver training for process and system improvements to impacted stakeholders.
  • Support training and communication for complex project implementations in collaboration with the manager and team.
  • Assist product care supply chain system users in managing processes and using the system as required.
  • Manage all required product care system improvements in collaboration with the IT department and impacted stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Software Engineering.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on analyzing cause and effect relationships. Interest in business process reengineering and system design. Ability to interact at various organizational levels and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

Experience in process engineering or a related field, with a focus on system and process improvements.

Education

Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Software Engineering.
