Personal Assistant
Gucci is seeking a Personal Assistant in Singapore to manage travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, and support administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience, fluency in English and Korean, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage extensive travel arrangements for the President covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets, as well as other travelers including department managers and ad hoc travel staff.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation slides and reports.
- Compile sales reports, travel-related expenses, claims, and invoices.
- Oversee stationery and pantry requisition.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management regarding office and boutique renovations and leases.
- Support the organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance.
- Supervise the Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and office management duties.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Fluency in both English and Korean.
