Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with corporate departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage and store opening/closing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate merchandise movement and inventory management.
  • Identify and resolve operational process issues.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years in operations within retail or luxury retail environments, with a preference for supervisory roles.

Education
