Role & Responsibilities

Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
Collaborate with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
Manage the shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure timely movement of merchandise and maintain organized inventory.
Identify and resolve operational process issues.
Maintain accurate operations documentation and procedures.
Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
Order necessary supplies for the office and store.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.

Experience

5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.

Education
