Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the stock team in partnership with the Store Director.
  • Maintain effective communication with managerial and corporate teams.
  • Coordinate stock organization per Gucci directives.
  • Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
  • Oversee accurate hourly replenishment.
  • Supervise transfers and other operations efficiently.
  • Manage the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
  • Ensure proper stock levels of stationary, drinks, and packaging.
  • Plan and execute inventory operations with the Store Director.
  • Liaise with Operations/Inventory Control team.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Lead cash desk organization and cashier team.
  • Verify sales reports and rectify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with accounts and finance departments.
  • Manage after-sales consignments and repairs.
  • Serve as point of contact for corporate Facility team.
  • Ensure strong awareness of store operations and policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the role.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of two years in a similar operational management role within the luxury retail sector.
