Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the stock team in partnership with the Store Director, ensuring effective communication with the managerial and corporate teams.
- Coordinate stock organization according to Gucci directives, overseeing receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment, supervise transfers, and manage the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor.
- Oversee inventory operations, including cycle counts and reconciliation, in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Manage the cash desk organization and cashier team, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions and liaising with the finance department.
- Control after-sales consignments, track repairs, and manage communications with the repair center.
- Act as the point of contact with the corporate Facility team for store-related issues.
- Ensure strong operational awareness and performance of the Back-Office team in partnership with the Store Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the opportunity presented.
