Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store operations team to ensure efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
  • Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
  • Drive operational excellence across all store aspects and propose strategic improvements.
  • Train and coach staff on operating policies, procedures, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
  • Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely merchandise movement.
  • Oversee store inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Identify and resolve operational process issues.
  • Maintain operations documents and procedures for reference.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
  • Ability to assist in training new Team Managers - Operations in other locations and support teams.
  • Willingness to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels within the region and surrounding markets.

Experience
