Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
  • Submit all required forms such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
  • Process repairs and damages in a timely manner according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization in Canada.

Skills

Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
