Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues swiftly.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
  • Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with direction from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proper work authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
