Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain clear operational documents and procedures for reference.
  • Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
