Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the stockroom to ensure efficient operations and accurate inventory management.
  • Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
  • Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
