Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
- Maintain clear and precise operational documentation.
- Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
- Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for office and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
- Oversee store inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
