Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit all required forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, as received.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
