Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit all required forms, such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms, as received.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
