Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient management of stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly in collaboration with store management.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate operational documentation for reference.
  • Submit all necessary forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, as received.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Manage store inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment, is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
