Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
