Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
